Church of St. Michael is a historic church in Gdynia. The history of
the church dates back to 1224 when it was founded by Duke of Gdansk
Swietopelek II. From the orginal mediwal structures surviced until
today only the west wall of the temple. In 1687 the church has included
a new wooden tower. The internal architectual layout follows the
widespread in the thirteen and forteen century in Pomerania style
village church.
